Call me naive, call me whatever you want. I’m sorry I believe in silly things like love, or having a soul, or a God who created me with a purpose in His image.

As long as love exists, I believe that no one will ever be unsaveable. No… actually I don’t believe, for once in my life

I want you to comfort me, Lord, but I’m not seeking comfort.

I want you to heal me, Lord, but I’m not seeking healing.

I want you to make me feel good, Lord, but I am not seeking a good feeling.

I want you to fulfill me, Lord, but I am not seeking fulfillment.

Lord, all I am seeking is to know you more.

If I know your heart, I will be comforted.

If I know your love, I will be healed.

If I know your joy, I will feel good.

If I know YOU, I will be full.

Shout to the world the truth of Psalm 45:11 The King is enthralled by your beauty; honor Him, for he is your Lord. Don’t do so in an arrogant way, but displaying the character God intended you to have, one of doing the good works he planned for you to do before time.

When you feel that you are not beautiful, remind yourself of this verse. Don’t let Satan and the world win, declare the victory of Jesus!

Whoa! We need a lot of work….

I absolutely LOVE seeing people who have given their lives to Jesus.

            -Not just their lives…their hearts, their families, their finances, their time, their strength, their pride, their shortcomings, their jobs…in every aspect, in every way they are living to glorify Jesus!

I always wondered what this verse meant: So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. - 1 cor. 10:31

Like…how can you glorify God by taking a sip from a cup, or by doing your homework, or just by driving around town?

I think I finally understand that it is the manner that you carry yourself in. The regard you have for others, the love you show, and the smile on your face.

It is just so incredibly hard to surrender EVERY SINGLE PART OF MY LIFE to God.

Lord,

I pray that my heart will be that of a servant. That I will give you all of me, down to the very heartbeat, so that you will be pleased with my life. Help me to cut out the parts of my life that I do not need, and to do everything for your glory.

The blessings and promises God gives us are INFINITE, and what we give back is so small.

God, I am so sorry for not being a better representation of your love, your will, your Son, your grace, and your power. You still forgive me and I don’t know why. Father, create in me a pure heart. I want my only desire to be to live for you, bring me closer. Help me live my life on my knees, to walk in humility and revere you as my King for all of my days.
